Disaster Training VR "RIVR"Rikei Corporation

Recently, Japan has been hit by major disasters, but education on disaster prevention is insufficient. Rikei is developing technology that allows users to simulate scenarios related to disaster prevention measures, such as natural disasters (earthquake, fire and flood) and disaster response (self-defense and firefighting) with using VR.

Overview of Disaster Training VR "RIVR"

・More than 30,000 people have experienced this technology to date.

You can experience various disasters such as earthquakes, fires and floods in VR.

・All content is also available for a monoscopic view that can be experienced by those under 13 years old in the same way.

・By linking VR and tactile devices, it is possible to reproduce temperatures such as “hot” & “cold”.

e.g.) Experience the heat of a fire
