Joined PriceWaterhouse Japan in 1986 and engaged in SEC audits of major Japanese computer manufacturer and oil company, and U.S. GAAS-based audit of financial information of a Japanese entity prepared for the consolidation purpose with U.S. major computer manufacturer and the Companies Act audit, etc.

Joined Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu(DTT) Japan in 1989 and experienced overseas assignment to Deloitte Touch Tohmatsu Jaiyos (DTT Thailand Bangkok office) for 4 years from Sep. 2006 to Sep 2010, where Mr. Nakayama was in charge of Japanese services group.

Returned to DTT Japan Tokyo office in Oct. 2010 and currently, as the leader of TMT industry in Japan, involved in a number of audits of clients in TMT-related industry (e.g. telecommunications, internet, media, etc.).
