"Digital Game as Competition"
e-sports is a concept of new sports that regards digital games as competition, including home console games, PC games, and mobile phone games. Currently, e-sports is starting to spread from the U.S. and Europe to Asian countries, and still spreading. At the Festival this year, we will give clear explanation on the still-evolving e-sports, analyze its appeal, and share the idea as to how to enjoy it. Analysis on what future and prospect the great game country, Japan will have will be discussed as well.
